The much-loved UPPNÅ Employability programme is a partnership between IKEA Cardiff and our Employability team helping refugees rebuild their lives in Wales.
What does the programme involve? 
The programme involves a series of employability workshops at our Cardiff offices as well as a guided tour of the IKEA store in Cardiff Bay. Following the tour, everyone will be interviewed by the IKEA team and if you are lucky, you will be chosen for an 8-week placement at the store.
