If you live, study or work in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan and have a migration background, you can now access free, confidential, and expert advice through our brand-new Single Advice Service (SAF).

We’re here to help you navigate life’s challenges — from housing and immigration to education, employment, debt, and welfare benefits.

Who is this service for?

This service is for people with a range of migration statuses, including:

  • Refugees (beyond the initial 28/56-day period)

  • Family Reunion arrivals

  • Those with NRPF, ILR, or Leave to Remain/Enter

  • People with Humanitarian Protection

  • Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)

  • EU citizens with Settled or Pre-Settled Status

  • Individuals with Citizenship status who face discrimination
