Job Title: Volunteering Lead and Development Officer

Salary: £25,906 per annum pro rata

Duration: Fixed term 18-month contract

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid working with Cardiff office as the main base

What you’ll do:

• Recruit and support volunteers across our services
• Build volunteer confidence and capacity, celebrating their success and progress
• Manage digital systems and increase volunteer engagement
• Deliver training, mentoring and co-designed volunteer-led services
• Act as the main contact point for volunteer request and queries
