I am a Chevening Scholar, holding a Master’s in Working for Children and Young People from University of South Wales and a qualified Youth Worker. With over a decade of experience working with international organisations, diplomatic mission, donor agencies, and charities, I have led programmes in youth drug prevention education (Drug Demand Reduction), women’s protection, child protection, employability services, and volunteer development.

My professional journey has taken me across national and international settings, but at the heart of my work has always been the same goal: creating opportunities for people to feel valued, safe, and empowered. I also hold a Master of Public Administration, which has shaped my understanding of policy, leadership, and community systems.

I strongly believe that volunteering is one of the most powerful means for integration. It is not only about giving back but a pathway to belonging. Volunteering allows individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and become active and valued members of society. For me, volunteering represents kindness, growth, and mutual respect. It strengthens both individuals and communities.

In my role, I am passionate about supporting volunteers to grow, gain meaningful experience, and move toward education and employment opportunities. I believe that when people are trusted, supported, and encouraged, they thrive.
