Who is this service for?
This service is for people with a range of experiences, including:

Asylum seekers – including people with open applications or appeals
- Families

Victims of modern slavery

EEA nationals who do not hold settled status in the UK
- People who have overstayed and have no legal basis to be in the UK
How we help
We offer tailored 1-to-1 advice with cultural understanding and language support, in a safe and welcoming environment. We understand that having accurate information can help our service users make an informed choice about their futures.
Our sessions can help answer questions like:
“Will I get help with my physical or mental health through the returns process”
Yes. As part of the safeguarding assessment of all clients, you will receive support pre-departure, at the airport, and post-arrival support. Advice will be shared based on your personal circumstances and alongside information about locally available services.
“Can I travel with my family?”
Yes. You will be supported to travel with your family with arrangements in place to meet your needs.
“Can I choose to withdraw my application for voluntary returns?”
Yes. It is your choice to do this at any point. Our team will show you how to access legal advice at any step of the process.
