Job Title: Move On Service Manager

Salary: £34,650 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week – normal office offices are 9am to 5pm but this role may involve some agreed out-of-hours’ activity.

Location: Newport office, with expectation to attend Cardiff office once a week. We have a blended approach to office and home working.

Purpose of the post

We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of our Move On Service, a vital area of support for refugees across Wales. You’ll lead a team of staff and volunteers, promoting effective communication to ensure a high quality of service delivery.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have excellent people management skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership qualities
• Can build trust with communities and stakeholders and adapt our services to meet their needs
• Are confident inspiring and motivating team members, ensuring they are empowered to be their best

The ideal candidate for this role would hold IAA Level 2 Immigration Advice Authority accreditation in Asylum and Protection or be willing to complete the required training and pass the examination within 12 months of appointment.
