Job Title: Housing and Homelessness Impact Manager

Salary: £34,650 per annum

Duration: Fixed term contract until end of March 2030

Hours: 35 hours per week – normal office offices are 9am to 5pm but this role may involve some agreed out-of-hours’ activity.

Location: Minimum 2 days from our Cardiff Office per week.

Purpose of the post

We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to lead our new housing and homelessness project — helping people with No Recourse to Public Funds find safe, stable homes.

You’ll manage day-to-day delivery, provide specialist support, and influence the policies shaping housing and immigration legislation in Wales.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Care deeply about human rights and inclusion
  • Can build trust with communities and senior stakeholders
  • Work well under pressure and adapt quickly
