  • Job Title: Storytelling and Content Officer
  • Report to: Head of Communications and Engagement
  • Salary: £26,200 per annum + 5% pension
  • Duration: Fixed term contract until 31 March 2026
  • Hours: 35 hours per week normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Location: Cardiff Office/Home. The role requires occasional pan Wales travel

Purpose of the Post

As our Storytelling and Content Officer, you will play a leading role in our migration heritage project aiming to preserve and celebrate the rich and diverse histories of migrants and refugees in Wales. You will spearhead the collection, curation, and dissemination of impactful stories that illuminate the valuable contributions of migrants and refugees; highlighting our cultural tapestry in Wales, spanning historical legacies to modern day. Fluency in Welsh & English is essential for this role.

You will collaborate closely with the Communications Directorate and directly engage with our Project Engagement Officer to ensure seamless project implementation. The ideal candidate will:

  • Communicate fluently and confidently in both English and Welsh.
